The recent special edition of the Journal of School Health (August 2006) highlights several projects aimed at school-based asthma case identification. These projects include information on protocols/methodology and survey instruments. I found the articles very helpful because they reflect the lessons learned and provide an honest discussion of the success --or lack of success, of the project. If you have trouble locating these articles please let me know.
