Pediatric Environmental Medicine Center

We are developing a pediatric environmental center that aims to improve asthma outcomes in children in underserved communities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We do asthma education and we will be starting a research cohort with children effected by asthma focused on environmental interventions to improve asthma exacerbations. We are also planning to recruit and train lay health asthma advocates to help with peer support and community based asthma education.
