Hello! I am new to the field and wanted to know if anyone has suggestions on a validate instrument to measure QOL for pediatric asthma patients (specific to asthma).  I am familar with the PedsQL, but I am looking for other options.

Where can I obtain the Home Checklist that was mentioned?

 I am currently providing home-based asthma education though a licensed Home Care Agency. I am curious to know if there are any other asthma education programs based at a Home Care Agency and if an OASIS needs to be completed for these visits to occur with adult patients.

I am Dr. Fiona Shetty from Use-inhalers group. I would like you all to know that a new interactive tutorial is now available for Asthma and COPD patients on the correct inhaler technique.

How many asthma management programs have completed air monitoring in schools to identify asthma triggers?

I am starting to see patients for Asthma education and am unable to find any CPT codes that apply to reimbursment for this in the outpatient setting. Has anyone seen any?
