The language was that rather than framing it as a home-visiting program focused on asthma, it is a targetted clinical intervention for high-risk high-utilizer asthma patients that must be conducted in the home because of the nature of asthma as a disease. This language wasn't necessarily used to get access to decision-makers, which required additional efforts and networking, but once we had the meetings set up this language was very useful in framing the discussion with Medicaid and health plans.
