If a family has an asthmatic child & choose not to quit smoking in the home do you still provide the home with a HEPA type filter & vacume?

What are the qualifications for a "certified" home inspector? What are some quality assurance indicators can a medical provider use for assurance that the inspector has the knowledge skills and abilities to perform a sucessfull inspection and make appropriate recommendations

There is a training program for Healthy House Specialists through the National Center for Healthy Housing, with certification through the National Enviromental Health Association.

If non-smoking housing is
If non-smoking housing is mandate how do we prevent people with smoking addictions and the limitations brought on by that, from being evicted? Where do we refer them to if they get evicted?
