San Diego Childhood Asthma Initiative

The San Diego Childhood Asthma Initiative is a collaborative effort with many local community-based organizations and community clincis. The goal of the program is to improve asthma management for children ages 0-18 throughout San Diego County through comprehensive activities. Activities include home visits, community education, physician education, coordination of care, access to health care and insurance, and improving clinical care.
