The Community Asthma Prevention Program cordially invites you to the 3rd Annual Fighting Asthma Disparities Summit & Panel Discussion. Objectives include: 1) Understand evidence-based knowledge regarding asthma health outcomes and best practices in developing polices; 2) Create local policies to improve asthma health outcomes; 3) Develop infrastructure for implementation, tracking and surveillance of asthma health outcomes; and 4) Identify next steps for advocacy in promoting policies.
