Children's Hospital Boston Community Asthma Initiative targets children age 2-18 who visit Children's Hospital as a result of asthma or an asthma-related complication, conducts an assessment of the family's needs for asthma care, then provides support, including asthma education, housing or legal advocacy, pest management, care coordination, and referrals to other social agencies.
