The TACP Mission is to reduce the severity of asthma symptoms, decrease preventable asthma morbidity, decrease the number of emergency department hospital visits and deaths due to asthma in Texas, and improve the quality of life for Texans living with asthma.

The Division of School Health provides technical assistance to all school entities in the Commonwealth. Our goal is a safe and healthy environment in order to assist all students in achieving academic success.

The Indoor Air Quality Program at the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County is a comprehensive public health service designed to educate the public, prevent asthma incidence and promote health in Palm Beach County.

Home visit program where patients are referred by the Indian Health Service medical or pharmacy providers to the environmental or public health office for in-home survey and then results and recommendations are communicated during the visit. Incentive materials and education are provided; also recommendations are placed into patient's charts for providers to review.

A statewide multi-agency consortium that promotes and assists school districts to implement and maintain the EPA Tools for Schools program.
