The Kentucky Asthma Management Program (KAMP) within the Kentucky Department for Public Health leads asthma interventions across the Commonwealth.

The Kentucky Asthma Management Program provides leadership for planning, coordination and expansion of evidence-based asthma services and adoption of evidence-based strategies in Kentucky. The KAMP provides training and technical assistance to organizations, clinics, and partners in support of NAEPP guidelines and EXHALE strategies. We provide support for the Kentucky Asthma Partnership, communications, surveillance of the burden of asthma, and connection to resources and materials for the public and professionals. Our mission is to reduce the burden of asthma in Kentucky with a primary focus on children.
