Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU’s You Can Control Asthma Now (UCAN) community asthma program helps children who live in the Richmond, Virginia, metropolitan area where both asthma and poverty rates are disproportionately high.

We are currently in the planning stages of starting an Asthma Center at our facility.

The Respira Sano Program is a PCORI (Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute) funded asthma comparative effectiveness research project that aims to improve asthma control among Latino children ages six to seventeen in Imperial County, California. Working in partnership with academic/research institute (San Diego State University and the Institute for Behavioral and Community Health) with over 30 years of experience conducting rigorous public health research, a community clinic (Clínicas de Salud del Pueblo, Inc.) with excellent reach and credibility in the partner community, a community-based organization (Comité Cívico del Valle) with extensive experience in promoting asthma control, and a division of the state health department (California Breathing) responsible for asthma control efforts statewide.

Astrahealth Center is a health care clinic in New Jersey USA, providing medical treatment to all patient who are suffering from any diseases. It is a walk in clinic, which is open 24x7 for your convenience at the time of emergency.

The CASA program utilizes community health workers who perform in-home assessments and case management in our pediatric patients with moderate to severe asthma

The establishment of the Adirondack Asthma Coalition (Glens Falls, NY 12804) grew out of the recognition of "holes" in the recognition, education, management and follow-up of patients coming through the ER and/or inpatient experience. As a result, a concerted effort has evolved to bring together those who care and worry about children and adults with asthma. Having had in-depth experience with the NC Asthma Program, it has been exciting to see the grass-roots interest in "making a difference for our community!"
