The SFGH Pediatric Asthma & Allergy Clinic is a hospital based clinic serving the poor and underserved children in San Francisco ages birth to 21 in the county's public hospital. Our clinic provides the clinical portion of our multi-faceted approach developed by the San Francisco Asthma Task Force.

ECAPP is a collaboration between East Carolina University and Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. Our goal is to reduce asthma exacerbations and ED visits among low income children in eastern NC.

Asthma Clinic in an outpatient hospital setting with employed Certified Asthma Educators.

New program interested in increasing asthma education in the community. Particular interest in pediatric population.

Home visit program where patients are referred by the Indian Health Service medical or pharmacy providers to the environmental or public health office for in-home survey and then results and recommendations are communicated during the visit. Incentive materials and education are provided; also recommendations are placed into patient's charts for providers to review.

Pulmonary Outpatient Program - would like to establish an Asthma program and need information to present to administrator to validate that a program would be an assets to the facility
