The Georgia asthma Program strives to reach Georgians that live with asthma to educate them and assist them in managing their condition. Our goal is to reduce ER visits and reduce asthma related hospitalizations.

We promote healthy homes, childcare and school settings so that children can develop to their full potential. We help families by linking them to needed services or code enforcement. We provide information, education and trainings to community agencies, medical providers and interested groups in support of these goals.

The San Diego Healthy Homes Collaborative provides services to San Diego residents at no cost to promote the creation of healthy homes, including in-home evaluations, remediation of environmental health concerns, training, education, and outreach.

The King County Asthma Program provides home-based education and support intervention for reducing asthma morbidity and urgent health service utilization among low-income and ethnically diverse adults and children with asthma, ages 3-65 years in King County. Community health workers deliver the interventions.

Putting on AIRS is a regional asthma home assessment program administered by the Central Connecticut Health District that aims to reduce environmental asthma triggers in homes.

Kalamazoo County Environmental Health (EH) Division strives to improve the physical and mental well being of Kalamazoo County citizens by promoting Healthy Home concepts.

The Arizona Department of Health Services' Asthma Program improves the lives of people with asthma through partnership and collaboration with asthma coalitions, the development of an asthma surveillance system, and other initiatives statewide.
