How did COVID change your home-visiting approach?

Thank you for the presentation. What program advice would you think would most help a brand new program get on their feet?

Have you experienced resistance from landlords who do not want to allow home assessments? What did you do?
 

I am a nurse researcher who is seeking school district collaborators to help examine a mobile health application specifially designed for children with asthma (ages 7-13 years) and children of families who need resources and support to help manage their child's asthma. The school districts role is to allow school nurses to identify children with asthma and then the school nurse uses the app IF SHE WISHES.

Was the ROI analysis based on claims data or on self-reported utilization?

Over what time frame were these outcomes data analyzed? 

In North Carolina, you can always refer to the CMARC program.  0 to 5 years old.

Do you use RN’s or social work or community health workers?  This is for home visits, care plans and assessments.

Could you share over how long have you enrolled 535 participants?
