I AM A FORMER CAPTAIN OF ARMY THE MSC AND DC ; AND NOW FOR OUR COLD WAR VETERANS COMMUNITY WHO OFTEN CALLS UPON ME FOR ADVICE IN DENTAL/MEDICAL MATTERS. I AM A LIFE MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION OF MILITARY SURGEONS -USA #17751 AND AM A FULL MEMBER OF THE NORTH AMERICAN TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY SOCIETY-FORENSICS; AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF DENTAL TRAUMA WITH A CERTIFICATE IN WILDERNESS MEDICINE AND WILDERNESS FIRST RESPONDER HAVING BEEN DEPLOYED TO SUPER STORM SANDY RESCUE AND RECOVERY AS A TEAM LEADER TEAM RUBICON-USA A VETERAN'S SERVICE NGO IN NATIONAL DISASTERS. I AM ALSO FBI-CJIS-NCIC TRAINED IN FORENSICS AND A CALIF. LICENSED DENTIST

Community Environmental Health Initiative. The age range of the participants is 5-10 years old for elementary school participants. Activities focus on asthma - education, access to quality asthma care and changing lifestyles. The goal is to create awareness of the risk factors for asthma and identify items in the home that trigger asthma attack and avoid them.

Healthy Together is Children's Law Center's medical legal partnership for DC's children. Our lawyers work side by side wiht pediatricians in health clinics that treat low-income families and find legal remedies to health problems that get in the way of children's health and success, including advocacy to obtain healthy homes.

We are a children's environmental health organization.

Community respiratory therapy consulting service and asthma education advice. FREE advice and information on asthma for our community. Currently working on making our Schools more knowledgeable about asthma and the effects it has on the children.

3 Home visits with RN and environmental inspector. Many supplies given, hypoallergenic mattress covers, duster brushes, clean air machine, Hepa filter vacuum cleaner and lots of educational information in the form of booklets, DVDs, and coloring books. Referral to Pediatric Pulmonologist free clinic, if no insurance.
