This signature health program will benefit children and families enrolled in Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The goal is early diagnosis, treatment awareness and parental education and advocacy.

Asthma Safari is a fun-filled learning adventure for young asthma patients and their families taking them on a journey through the jungle where colorful animal characters teach them about managing their disease.

The PCI program has a home based education component as well as a policy component. The goal is to provide education to help children and families with asthma maintain their treatment as well as to address systematic issues that contribute to the burden of asthma in the community.

A.I.R. NYC, which stands for Asthma Intervention and Relief, was created to help asthmatic kids stay healthy, in school, and out of the hospital.

Private practice pediatricians in NW Oregon and SW Washington unite through the Children's Health Foundation to measure actionable asthma care goals via a pediatric asthma registry and utilize rapid-cycle quality improvement to implement provider-led solutions resulting in high quality asthma care management that enhances pediatric asthma care delivery and improves the health of children with asthma.

The program works on the Healthy Homes initiative to raise awareness of environmental health risks in homes such as lead-based paint, mold, carbon monoxide, pesticides, and hazardous household products through one-on-one family education, realtor and landlord education. To reduce or eliminate environmental hazards in the home, the program refers families to local health and housing programs to fix their hazards.

The South Los Angeles Healthy Homes Program provides life-changing benefits for families by reducing residential and environmental hazards to improve family health through our culturally responsive community health outreach methods.
