Better Understanding Home Assessment
I would like to better understand about home assessment...if one is making a decision about triggers, can we assume ALL those patients have been allergy tested?
Data
What is the best way to get actual cost data, for example inpatient cost, medication costs, etc? Is there a national standard set of data available that can be used to calculate ROI? Otherwise, that data is hard to obtain in an individual setting.
I am not sure how the questions are being answered. First time user for me in this format.
Expanded Reimbursement For Providers
What is the expanded reimbursement for providers?
Working With Undocumented Families
During the process did you work with undocumented families?
Best Way to Get Cost Data
What is the best way to get cost data, such as inptaient, medication costs, etc? Is the a standard set that is acceptable by various sources?
Home Assessment
Does the Home Assessment include surveying the exposure to outdoor air (i.e. status of windows/doors). Does the Home Assessment survey the outdoor exposures in close proximity (300 yards) to the home? For example, what if crops are fertilized or crop dusted and are in close proximity to the home? Folks are always talking about only 15% of time is spent outdoors. However, patients carry in exposures into the home; whether pollen, VOC's, etc.
Asthma and Indoor Air Quality
Have you been involved or used HVAC and duct cleaning on any of your test homes to reduce the amount of air born particulate to help reduce the irratants that can trigger asthma? If so do you have any current findings?
Resources?
Do you have any in-home asthma assessment resources to share?
