The center offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary care and services that extend beyond a routine doctor's office visit. Our goal is to ensure that patients, families and communities have the skills and tools they need to manage their asthma.

Incorporated in 1965, the agency came into being as part of a nationwide, federally-funded, community action movement whose focus was to intimately involve poor people in developing their own solutions to persistent poverty.

A non profit agency that provides parent to parent support to families with special needs, disabilities and or chronic diseases.

Asthma & other chronic respiratory disease education & case management for patients of all ages, in addition to health care professionals, following the NAEPP Guidelines for Asthma management.

The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) is the largest professional medical organization in the United States devoted to the allergy/immunology specialty, with nearly 6,500 members worldwide.

Call the Speaker's Bureau Coordinator, Dawn Simonsen, at 860-548-1133, to book a speaker who will provide a talk that can vary to fit the group and program. We often speak before church or parent groups, at shelters, or table at health events in urban areas. Talks are often 10-20 minutes in length but can go up to 60 minutes. Asthma Improves with Management (AIM) is a pediatric asthma management education program for families in the Trenton area living with asthma. AIM is made possible through a grant from the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, Office of Minority and Multicultural Health.
